Ethernet to USB-C Switch / Hub (multiple PCs)

I have multiple Laptops and a PC on the desk and wanting a single Ethernet to multiple USB-C Hub so I don't have to have lots of docks.

Does such a thing exist?

Take a step back and describe what the end goal is. Where does ethernet come into it?

Do you want to connect multiple laptops via USB-C to a display and keyboard?
