Etymotic ER4XR tips

Any other ER4XR owners here?

I'm not getting on with the ear rape(!) from the tri-flange tips, I think I have small ear canals.

I've tried some INAIRS (Air3 small). Probably the most comfortable so far, but less isolation
and some reports they fall apart after a few sessions. What are you using?

I don't use Etymotic but have previously had Sennheiser IE-8's and currently Fiio FA7's. My tip of choice with both of these has been the Comply Isolation 100. Not the cheapest but I've not found anything better that balances comfort and isolation.
