Bikers are just as bad as car drivers imo.

If they make bikers wear day-glo jackets then they need to ban grey cars as they blend in with the road too much. Let's make all cars luminous yellow or orange, it's the only way forward.

(my car is grey so I'm stuffed)

A colleague of mine who races motorbikes as well as riding them on the road reckons that in his experience 90-95% of car-motorbike incidents are the biker's fault due to inappropriate speed or pulling ridiculous maneuvers.

Seems a bit odd to take such action rather than writing to mps. Especially when most of it seems to be non EU regulations.

High vis seems to be Ireland and France, with no EU input.
Banning of old bikes in urban areas again seems to be France only and not EU regs.
I assume the motor rules are for fuel efficiency which is always happening.
And is there actually anything solid on throttle control or is that just rumour.
 
It does seem to be a pointless protest method, a real protest might inform folk that we are policed by consent.. So perhaps it would be better to contact both MP's and ACPO to state that we will not consent to such regulations.

I should be, I have to go out in the morning and 90% chance I'll be done before noon. Will be going to the H-Cafe in the afternoon either way.

I'm on a black CCM R30 and will be with a pal on a yellow CCM DS.
