Lets hope we all manage to make the desired impact. Some EU folk have pointed out that the form is not available in their lingo, I wonder if they are the states with minimal enforcement..

The MOT system on the continent is a joke really, I know in Portugal that items that are failures in the UK are missed or just put down as a warning.

When I heard about it from MAG (Motorcycle Action Group) they mentioned one of the concerns being that the proposed changes would only effect motorcyclists and that cars and commercial vehicles were exempt?!

Regardless I have voted for No Change
