I'm going to make a bold statement, I think this TV series is one of the best shows I've ever watched. Up there with Breaking Bad and Mr Inbetween.

It might look like a teen drama but imagine a teen drama on steroid and cocaine. It's nuts.
The music alone is worthy of 5 stars.

If you haven't seen it, I think by now you can see I would highly recommend finding a way to watch it.

I'll have a look at this... I particularly liked Mr Inbetween as, the way it was filmed, made it kinda raw and real if that makes sense (not overly polished like some series are)
 
I wouldn't say they are anything alike at all. Just those are in my top 5 best series. That said the arty feel to this series is cinematic and emotional.

Give it a try none the less.
