€1200 - €1400 1080p gaming build

Hi there, I have a Slovenian friend looking for a 1080p gaming build. The pc will only be for gaming and the usual internet browsing etc etc.
No favourite parts or manufacturers and definitely no RGB is his request. He did wonder about an AIO on the CPU but is open to air also.
He has the monitor and M&K so they're not needed.
