Europe trip data sim for ipad

12GB data sim from Three, costs £24 at the moment.

Data is valid for a year, Three Feel at Home enabled so should work most places in Europe now.
 
Might be the cheapest option but feel at home comes with some pretty serious throttling so don't expect too much from speeds.
 
I think the Vodafone pre-paid You bundles should be usable across all of Europe. They've got their own network in many countries as well but I'm not sure they support 4G on pre-paid. Also the bundles last a month each so your parents will have to renew it at least once (unless it automatically renews), not sure how they are with technology?
 
They are ok with technology I have been teaching them ...

They are sick of paying wifi fees on campsites...

They tour Europe in a motorhome.
