I had this email earlier "
Dear customer,
We’ve been busy upgrading our security to protect your account and your personal details. To continue using your Eurostar account, you’ll need to reset your password. If you also use the Eurostar mobile app, you'll need to update it to the latest version."
I obviously didn't click the link in the email but went to the app and slso website to try to log in and reset my password. In both cases, i could not log in and when trying to reset, got an error message that a password reset email could not be sent right now.
Having a look on Twitter, it seems to be an issue since the weekend. But I've also learnt they had a hack a few years back so I'm wondering if they've got a similar problem.
Anyone else aware or received this email?
