My particular interest is in contemorary hand-built forms that, while not specifically functional, continue to explore the nature of the vessel through systematic reworkings of container forms.

Maybe if sam herbert is written a few more times sam herbert might see it after google indexes this page and he searches for "sam herbert". Seeing his own name "sam herbet" with this link about sam herbert as the top result showing sam herbert web design work.

OK constructively this site looks like it has been designed by someone who doesn't know what they are doing. Main advice look at sites that do similar to what he wants and steal ideas! a good programmer can build a good site a great one doesn't need to it already exists

Don't be silly, he steals a website, changes the content, tweaks and re-organises the code slightly, charges through the roof for someone elses fine work, and goes on holiday for a few weeks while it is being "worked on".

Why put a hyphen in 'email' at all? It doesn't belong there.

It isn't just a pretty wonky website design -- the copy used on the site is also awful.

Would you defend a builder or painter who did a terrible job on your home? Of course not. This is really no different.

Designing a website for someone is a service, just like any other. I never understand why people put it on some huge pedestal just because it involves computers
