You could just petition yourself and save yourself the 10Mil... or i'll do it for 9

but no you cant change your name, only the picture can be changed for something like 20E.

However if you complained that you were continually being subject to bullying/racism and had something to back it up with then the GMs might look into the matter.

I have not reopened my account(s) but I basically hate the naming I used on two accounts and really dont want to start again over a name

(which I know is just a database change for Eve staff!)
