EVE Online - Need some help

It's fairly simple, I've an account I run missions on from time to time simple to stave boredom. I found a site or something ages ago that basically had a very good starting skill plan for me. It's far finished now as I've just jumped back in and now want to start training for stealth bombing, but no idea where to begin really. Is there any site that has basic builds uploaded for me to use as a guide?

Legend, thanks. I've just noticed a lot of books I need are locked with the new Omega content. I haven't subbed since last year, just running sister missions here and there.

I'm currently only at 3.7mil SP. Is it really worth paying £10 a month for? Or will my low level of play really not warrant it?

As a game you tend to get out of it what you put in - for £10 a month it won't spoon feed you content but there is plenty to do. On the flip side though if you invest too much into long term goals in the game you will likely find you end up PVPing against dev changes rather than player content :| if you are happy to go with flavour of the month, etc. then another story.
