Event ID 4041 Help

hi guys while using Edge browser Last night I got with 2 minutes 3 black screens (last of the 3 I had to restart PC) with error id 4041 and the following information

Display Driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered

Does any know what this is caused by

Graphics Card is a R9 nano

my pc has got no Overclocking at all

only thing I have changed with the last couple of days is monitor / and to change from hdmi to DisplayPort

update been playing Burnout Paradise South Park Stick of truth most of the day and its been perfect

Just had this problem Again

and Again only program Open "MS Edge" browser both times it has happened "MS Edge" is the only thing open
