I wasn't really sure where best to post this but it's for enterprise and it's semi tech related...

I need to send out hundreds of invites, include a PDF attachment and track the responses with any relevant email updates. They also want to have an 'add to calendar' button.

I want to avoid using Outlook and a simple merge as there will be a few people managing the event - some of which are outside the company domain so cal sharing becomes frustrating.

There are so many options online it's difficult to find something good and reliable. Mail chimp looks robust but doesn't allow attachments.

Do you guys have any recommendations? :o
