Every 2 minutes my FPS in games goes down?

Since i got my new GPU (Check my specs) my FPS goes down every 2 minutes for about 15 seconds but in BF3 it just stays down and i have to minimize it and reopen to to get my FPS back...

This happens in Bioshock Infinite, Arma 2 DayZ but it doesn't happen in minecraft.

Any ideas?

Specs:
CPU: AMD FX-4100 overclocked to 3.60GHz
GPU: Asus Amd 7750 1GB
Ram: 8GB DDR3 1333Mhz
HDD: 500GB Deskstar
(This runs windows and has all my games on it)
Motherboard MSI 760GM-P21 FX
OS:Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

What resolution you playing at?

It could be VRAM related, 1GB isn't enough for BF3/Arma 2 & 1080p.

Grab yourself a bargin and get the MSI 7970 before the price goes up by £100.

Are you using satalite broadband that could do it,

I would check background apps anti virus etc g.p.u. windows settings network settings, but none of those should be giving you that big a hit.

Im running arma 2 at 1080p, it ran fine on 1080p before with only a AMD 5670 1GB

It could possibly be a driver issue. Did you do a clean install of the drivers or just installed one over the other?

I had some problems installing the drivers when i got it, they said they had installed but they had not, but now they are installed

Run this:

Then re-install the latest drivers (CCC).
