Would love if someone knows they're stuff could look over it and give their opinion, and maybe suggestions of slight changes and why... Mainly around cooling, Mobo, power, memory and GPU as the rest I'm pretty set on.

Replacing a i7 920 rig I built 3 years ago, use it 95% of the time for 3D rendering / Digital work / Video etc etc...

Cheers!

That board will save some money and performs well.

A modular PSU will help also, especially with something of that power range which will have a lot of cables.

Had the EX58-UD5, Was highly impressed with it so I just felt for tradition I'd go UD5 again... But you say the UD4's a good preformer... Want maybe an overclock of 4.5, all will be well with that CPU, Mobo and Cooler? Never had a liquid cooler before, is there use in having that one i've mentioned over an air cooler around the same costs "£100ish"

Funnily enough I have that H100i,

http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18466178

It works fine and can cope with the overcloked CPU, just dont flash the firmware update onto it.

If you pick tall ram then this would fit between the RAM on the board - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-106-TR&groupid=701&catid=2330&subcat=2352

As you are going for low profile RAM you can also pick this - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-020-AL&groupid=701&catid=2330&subcat=2337

Is liquid easy to install and manage etc? Is it better than air cooling?

These closed loop water coolers are just "convenient" they don't suffer from fitment issues if you should have tall RAM that air coolers do (fan overhanging the RAM slots)

The H100i is simple to fit and is added by having a magnetic mechanism that holds the mounting plate to the pump head, it really does not take long to do.

Its sealed also, so there is no "topping up" required.

A high end air cooler will be cheaper and other the same if not better performance.

These are all "high end"

You may have a problem fitting the Kraken in your case.

Please do make sure it will actually fit inside your system before you purchase it, it needs 280mm fan mounts which is a little more uncommon. Nothing you can't manage yourself with a drill of course. Also remember that this product is a slightly more noisy compared to Corsair H100i series, but sure it performance slightly better as well.
