lets say for the arguement their population IS increasing. the definition of genocide is the deliberate and systematic destruction, in whole or in part, of an ethnic, racial, religious, or national group.

Are you sure?

Currently the Pop growth is 2.2%, but this includes those Palestinians who for whatever reason live outside of their respective enclaves.

Not that I believe Israel is systematically advocating or conducting Genocide on the Palestinian's. However, the current administration is following a covert policy of redistribution and enforced movement of ethnic populations within some areas, mainly East Jerusalem.

You may well be right, that doesn't really change the way in which the current administration is trying to increase "Jewish Populations" and decrease "Arab populations" as a percentage overall in certain areas predominantly East Jerusalem.

Like I said I don't think that Israel is following any kind of genocidal policy, but it is advocating one of exclusion and discrimination.
