Hi everyone,
I've spent the last week or so looking up how to sleeve my cables and then how to make them, but it's been little bits of info here and there, i need some confirmation that im not making any mistakes.

- 18AWG wire (how thick is this? can i use it for all my wires?)
- Molex Pin and Socket Crimps (Do the females go into the plastic connector blocks? and if so how does it work)
- What can i use to secure the crimps?
- Heat shrink (What size should i get? and what is shrink ratio?)
- Sleeving braid (I want a braid that is not see through at all, and just black)

any feedback is really appreciated thanks

big first time project to take on. its a very tedious job, very time consuming as well

also to do it right you really want to be investing in "good tools" probably talking £100 + parts then you wire+ quality sleeving.

3:1 heat shrink is the most commonly used. Also a lot dont use it not 100% necessary.
