im looking for a new power supply for my system soon as i want to upgrade my system to 970 SLI and want a power supply with more power so i have some head room for future upgrades.
so atm im using a antec true power 750w which as been used in another system before my current one.
i have had it for coming up to 4 years now, but it also makes a strange high pitch whine.
so im looking to get a EVGA 1000w, but i noticed the G1 and G2 model's but dont know what the difference is? but there is a £10 difference between them.
i know its going to be overkill for a i7 4790k and gtx970 G1's in SLI but i dont mind
so whats the difference guys?
