Thats an American site.

I know the backplate exsists, i just don't know anywhere to buy it (in the UK )

It will make little of no difference on temps as people have said on the EVGA forums.

idle temps i read it has little to no effect but on load temps you can get a few degrees shaved off.

google product search "gtx 295 backplate" came up with the Uk seller straight away. Can't say ive ever used that company before though as i havetn really heard of them.

I would go for that

Just quickly worked it out though...

I want a backplate and im going to presume you would want one too, just for the purpose of this.

10 x backplates @ $23.09
2 x backplates @ $23.09 (for me and you)

12 = $277.08

Postage = $50

Total = $327.08

Convert that to UK pounds and you get £230.92

Divide by 10 = £23.09

So just to break even, they would need to be sold for £23 each (which is interestingly, the amount they cost from the site in dollars )

Doesnt look good

The backplate can be ordered from us. The cost is EUR 23.99, however there are additional EUR 12 postage to UK.

I need your postal address to create an order confirmation which will be sent to you as PDF. Payment options are bank transfer or credit card (Mastercard or VISA), playment details are included with the order confirmation
