EVGA 450 BT Fan not Spinning

Hi all,

Just took delivery of a EVGA 450 BT and noticed the PSU fan is not spinning. Also no mention of any noise saving features i.e. fan only kicks in once load is high enough.
System is booting up, and Windows runs fine but anything games wise is just crashing shortly after load.

I assume dead duck and should seek RMA?

Ignore above, definitely and RMA

In closer inspection, the fan mount is moving around inside the PSU and the fan fins are sitting hard against the side so can't spin up
