£210 is not to bad a price but also theres a 570 0n special this week

It would depend on how well you know the person and do you trust them? Theres also gtx 560ti with 448 cores which is due out today that when overclocked matches a stock gtx 570.
Personally for the sake of £20-£30 price difference i would push the boat out stretch yourself and buy new, then you have no worries over transferrable warranty and if something went amiss you wouldn't have to badger someone that sold you a second hand card into helping you out :)

I already have a evga 570sc so was looking to pair it up with another one for sli, but i supose i could use the msi one for sli, depends if it is a good overclocker. Dont know the person listed on a well know auction site

When i ordered that particular card it was advertised as the standard version as in 732 core etc but i received the overclocked version 786 i think it was on the core and it oc'd to 855 all day long and 910 for benching.
It would be a good idea to call overclockers and when you get through to sales ask them if they wouldnt mind to go and physically check the card and see if it is the standard or overclocked version ... be prepared to be on hold for a while they get real buisy :)

Ill call them at lunch, the warrenty isnt a hug e deal for me as i will be putting a waterbloxk on it anyway which normally voids the warrent anyhow

If you go for an EVGA I do not think it voids the warranty by putting a water block on. Someone more in the know will have to confirm this!
