Hello,

I've just flashed my bios to p25 from the EVGA site (floppy method) and everything seemed fine, i.e it booted to windows etc. I shut down and left it a while and now when I turn it on it stops on error code 25 on the LED on the motherboard. There is no monitor display.

I have reset the CMOS by changing the jumper to pins 1 and 2 etc and I can get into the bios. I have set everything to defaults, shut down and returned the pins to 3 and 4 but again I get error 25. I can only get into the BIOS with the CMOS on pins 1 and 2 for reset, and can't boot to windows etc, instead I get the nvidia boot screen.

My pc is useless now unless someone can help. I am currently on my old PC running "Ubuntu" from CD.

Thanks for anyone that can help.

I know its a little late but 'Don't flash to P25' - take a look on the evga forums to see the problems reported there - maybe the answer is there too. I feel your pain :(

Thanks. Fixed it now though.

Oddly enough code 25 is a video BIOS error, but a loose IDE cable was causing it. I pushed it in firmly and it posted fine.

Cheers anyway.
