Hi OC, I have recently installed a EVGA GTX 760 SuperClocked into my PC. I previously had an Nvidia 460 so I thought it was about time for an upgrade. Now since installing the card I am having major issues - after a few seconds of running a 3D application (games I have tested are Dark Souls 2, Heroes of the Storm and WoW), the screen flashes with hundreds of squares (sometimes white, red, green and white), then freezes. Sometimes the entire PC crashes after this has happened and I am forced to turn it off, other times it crashes to the desktop and says the Driver has stopped responding (kernel error) etc.

The 760 has been running in another machine for 5~ months without any problems.
I have included some screenshots of my GPU-Z and CPU-Z so you can get an idea of the rest of my hardware.

Are there any obvious issues when looking at the screenshots?
I have tried my BIOS on version f10 & the most recent f11 and it has made little difference. I have also reformatted my harddrive to avoid any old driver conflicts with the 460.
I am currently using a 600W Ocz Stealth powersupply (which I have read should be more than efficient?). It has 1x 6 Pin connector and a 6+2 Pin connector. I have tried a magnitude of combinations (such as 6 6, 6 + 6 in an adapter, and using the 6 6+2) and nothing seems to have worked.
I understand that this comes overclocked, and I tried using Precision X to lower some of the sliders (not entirely sure what they do but I lowered the core/clocks etc) and applied it, and the games still had squares. Thank you
