Yes. EVGA make good GPUs, I had a 7800GT CO from them, and they normally come shipped with very high overclocks than stock.

Understatement of the century

The EVGA Lifetime Warrenty incompases everything execpt physical damage to the card. So you can overclock it to hell (and back if you wish) with a 3rd party cooler and it still remains under warranty.

I thought all the GPUs were manufactured by nVIDIA? and everything else was manufactered by the third party? If I am wrong then someone please tell me is this is what I've always thought to be the case.

I think all the cards (except a few) are made by the third parties from reference boards made by nVidia.
