Just bought the EVGA ACX CPU cooler, runs great but the logo is not straight and with a side window it looks wonky. Grounds for RMA?

Hi, can you add a picture of your system. Is also depending on which way the mobo aso. is installed in the system. If the cooler is installed propperly, the mobo is installed on a normal way(CPUup, PCI.Elow) the EVGA logo should be from the left to the right. If this is not the case we will need to handle RMA with it. For this you just need to register the unit in your EVGA Account and contact [email protected] to start the RMA.

There you go, you tell me wonky or not?

This looks to me like the whole cooler is twisted. Did you try to bent it back? If you want to RMA it feel free, just regsiter it to your EVGA Account and contact [email protected] with the S/N... If you want to you can also do a RMA with the place of purchase if they can replace the cooler right away.

Twisted? mate it's as straight as possible on the mobo, how's it twisted? only thing is the logo is off center.

The whole cooler looks twisted to me as well. If you look at the edge of the fan compared to the edge of the motherboard. Most coolers mounting systems that I have ever used have a little play in them. Have you tried twisting the cooler anti-clockwise at all. That logo is tiny and has to be the weakest reason for a RMA that I have ever seen.

It's the angle, the logo is the only thing twisted on or off the mobo. The logo is not tiny it's perfectly visible, of course you don't own one so you don't know how it looks in the case.

Screen with no fan on, looks level to me....

TBH I can't be bothered with the hassle. Just a bit better quality control wouldn't go amiss, how hard is it to print your branding straight.

Well we do quality assurance but we do not inspect each cooler individually by hand before we box it so it can be possible that a mistake/problems occurs, of course this do cause you hassle which we want to apologize for! It is for sure not ment to be like this and the product should be perfect out of the box.

No big deal mate EVGA always done right by me.

I do have one issue though, one of the rubber mounting things has frayed and I think it will break if I remove the fan to clean or replace it. Is it possible to get some spares?
