EVGA Classified - system won't power on [solved]

Hi guys, just finished my new wc rig and my system will simply not power on whatever I do. Here's the rig:

I'm quite certain the power supply is not the issue here. Could I have possibly damaged something when installing the EK block?

System specs:
i7 920 D0 (Heatkiller 3.0 LC)
EVGA Classified 3x SLI (EK fullboard waterblock)
6GB Patriot Viper II 2000mhz
Ati Radeon HD5870
2x 300GB Velociraptors (Raid 0)
1x 2TB Caviar Green
Corsair HX1000

So your not getting any lights at all?
And did you jump start your PSU when you filled your loop? This would let us know if your PSU's working correctly first.

The blue light next to the RAM slots does go on, and I did bleed the system by jump starting the PSU so I assume it works fine. I just finished replacing the classified with a P6T, going to try powering it on after I make sure there are no leaks.

Yup, didn't have any problems with the mobo when I was running it on air. It is safe to say that it's dead then, rebuilt the system with an Asus P6T and everything works. Case closed!

Lucky that it's the holiday season, guess I can treat myself to an R2E or another classified ;)

There's your answer then. My guess is that when you put the full cover block on, you probably crushed 1 or more of the PWM's. It has to be clamped down with very great care on any x58 mobo, otherwise the result is a dead board.

See post 940 (and subsequent ones) here

Do you get FF on the debug- or no debug at all, in which case a mosfet may be dead. Athough the stand offs in the mosfet area should prevent that
