This happened a while back but I have only just got around to posting. I shall share with you my experience...

A while ago on Evga Anniversary offer I ordered a GTX680 FTW and it was in my shopping cart at an incredible price, the price of a standard GTX680 minus the Anniversary discount iirc.

However, I was actually sent a standard GTX680 which I was not happy about. I contacted support (Dominik Ungermann) and in the first instance the help was poor, possibly due to language transulation or just down to the issue when fully explained, was actually quite confusing. The issue just did not seem to get fully understood and I was now without a card for when I most needed it.

After much frustration, I contacted Lee Rossiter followed by Joe Darwin. Speaking to these guys were a breath of fresh air. Both were extremely helpful, polite and understanding.

Whilst I didnt get the GTX680 FTW which was listing in my cart incorrectly when i added the GTX680 standard in to calculate costs, I offer a big thank you to Lee Rossiter for his sincere apology. He sent me a GTX680 Superclocked 2, along with 2 Evga T-shirts which are of good quality and also a free great quality Evga gaming surface all the for the GTX680 price minus the Anniversary discount.

Apologies for the waffle but I did promise Lee that I would post my experience up online for other to see, so I am just sticking to that agreement.

I got a great result and I can highly recommend Evga. Despite my issues, after speaking with Lee I am extremely confident Evga take customer satisfaction very seriously indeed. My only advice would be that if you do have any issues with Evga, it may be wise to skip first level support and speak directly to Lee Rossiter or even Joe Darwin.

Hi Thanks for that, I am looking at a GTX 690 at the moment and trying to decide which make to buy - Asus / Gainward etc. Obviously with spending that much money I want to find which one has the best returns policy and customer feedback,

no problem mate, I am glad that you find it of help but genuinely I wouldnt think twice about buying from Evga again. I am so confident in speaking to these guys, infact I feel certain that If I didnt get a satisfactory result from Lee I am confident I could have taken it up with Joe Darwin who is American based Marketing Director. Both listened and took my issue seriously.

Lee's email is listed on Evga Contact Us page, under Evga Europe.
Joe's email address is listed in Evga Support page

When buying a new GPU I will always go EVGA, the best warranty and after sales support there is.

Same here.always seen good things about evga,im on my 2nd evga gpu now (upgraded).

Will always use them now and even thing of getting one of there mobo's as well :)

Yes, some people say paying a premium for a certain brand is not worth the extra cash over cheaper brands with similar spec hardware, in the case of EVGA that premium you may or not pay over other brands is for the stellar support they provide.

Spending £150+ on a GPU, I want to be assured that if a problem does occur it will be sorted fast and efficiently, EVGA gives me that assurance.

I always try to advise people to look at the warranty and turnaround time of all components before buying. none of us want to be without our PC for a few weeks.

Glad to hear EVGA support is good and that they helped you very well. Thumbs up!

I noticed that EVGA reference 670/680 were/are relatively cheap compared to other brands on OCUK, but also here in The Netherlands which has caused a lot of people to buy them and EVGA is getting more well known over here.

I like EVGA and I hope IF I need the customer support I will also have a good experience. For now I'm happy I chose EVGA.
