prices do seem a little odd, but looking at the prices on evga website they seem to be the ones who have marked them up.

I think the 5870 lcs gpu at £400 certainly makes the 470 look stupid:o
 
389 actually as they are all the same at the mo basically...

Agre, swiftech block has been pounded in the states apparantly bad cooling of the VRM's

Would OCUK offer a blocking service on a "normal" card for a small fee of both componenets were bought here? Let the experts do it and all that.. I would rather have the EK block anyway...
 
I understand the need for some to get a card with the block attached, most likely the fear of removing the custom casing? Though the application of the waterblock itself can sometimes be daunting.

There is a bunch of youtube tutorials showing how you mount them though to go with the instructions you get with the product itself.

Aquacomputer's and EK's GTX480 block offerings seem better quality and value than this one.
