Dear All,

I thought I would share this important information about this card as I am currently going through the process of Watercooling this card.

According to EK it does not that the standard FC570 GTX Full Cover Block.
it takes the FC580 GTX+ block, not sure if anyone knew that.

This I beilive is because of the Classfied (Nvidia Reference PCB) edition having the 6 Phase Digital PWN which matches the 580 GTX, as the standard 570 only has 4 Phase.

Below are three pictures showing the PCB layout of the 570 Standard, 570 Classified and the 580 Standard:

Hopefully this comparison clears up this issue.

I have just ordered the FC580 GTX+ so I will put some pictures up once I have successfully placed the block on the Classified card.

Also the Mini D port... they are not priced too badly ethoir, i m looking at getting one only £250 plus they may be able to go at harder overclocks

Are you sure you got those pictures right?
The top picture's filename is "EVGA-GeForce-GTX-570-Classified-pcb.jpg" while the second 2 are both "ASUS-GeForce-GTX580-PCB_32250.jpg".
Either way, very useful information. Getting the right blocks for non-reference cards can be a pain.

I know they are the same picture, the first one is taken from coolingconfigurator.co.uk (hopefully wont break any rules by saying that).
BUT that is not correct for the classified if you check the EVGA website they specifically show the 6 Phase PWM in the video. HERE.

I chose the second two images as they are basically the same, only difference is the ram chips the GTX 580 has two more on the bottom right (4 Total) and the Classified has 2 in total (like the first picture). I think I will Photoshop the changes if I cant find any other images, (until I fit my card Tuesday night).

Hope this clarifies this issue.
