EVGA GTX 680 SC Signature 2 Problem ....

Hey guys, i bought an EVGA GTX 680 SC Signature 2 off Overclockers and for the first week or so it worked perfectly, no issues at all and ran lovely, all of a sudden in the middle of a game the screen just blanked out, told me there was no signal and basically that was that, tried everything to get it back working but nothing worked!
So i sent the graphics card back to them and they gave me a new one and i have that running right now but then today the same thing happened to this replacement and i have no idea what caused it, like before i was playing a game and it just died so i left my computer off for an hour or so and then came back, turned it on and it luckily worked and has been fine now but all i was wondering is that if anyone else has had this issue or know whether there is a manufacture defect with this card as im quite annoyed after paying over £400 for it and it keeps dying for no reason :/

do you have anything connected between the system and the power plug like a battery or voltage protection? You can send me the S/N of the old card to [email protected] then I can have a look for the testing results of the old card.

Hmm, what's the model? Quad rails can be a pain and are generally a stupid design for high powered components.

Think you need to run some stress tests on your CPU and memory, Also that card is dumping heat inside the case...maybe something is getting cooked ?
