evga nforce680i Ocing help needed.

Hi Guys,

Just set up my new system, but need a little help on which settings to configure in the bios to overclock this board....seems a lot more complicated than the abit awd9 max, must be doing something wrong as i just can't get the system to boot when i try to oc.
my specs:

Core Duo2 6600 cpu
Evga nforce 680i motherboard
2gb corsair dominator Ram (cas 4/4/4/12)
Evga 8800 GTX KO graphics card
creative x-fi gamer sound card.
Enermax Galaxy 1000w psu
74gb Raptor Drive
80gb sata 2 hitachi drive
Nec Litescribe dvd burner
Akasa Mirage 62 case
Corsair Nautilus 500 external water kit.

Appreciate any help anyone can give me.
