EVGA Precision - Not loading fan profile on occasion 0% fan

I've noticed a few times that EVGA P needs to be set to default and then apply custom fan profile for it to do anything. My GPU fan (not memory fan... so far) has sat at 0%. I only notice after my case fans (tied to GPU temp) go full 100% after 10 mins.

Is there anything better than EVGA for loading custom fan profiles upon windows start?

I tried MSI Afterburner but wasn't a fan of it... Sorry haha
