This might sound stupid never used evga PX, how do you save profiles?
Every time i think i've saved one then try a different profile everything resets?

On the profiles right hand side, you will see a lock. Unlock it then click the profile number you want your profile saved to untill it goes green. Then click the lock again to lock it in :)

when overclocking the 680 can the mem clock go up in 100mhz's and the gpu clock up in 5's and 10's i've viewed a few guides some saying this and others in smaller amounts???

A good starting block would be:

Power Target 132%
GPU clock offset +150
Mem clock offset +451

This is what I used for my benching and slowly added more to the GPU clock offset untill Heaven 3.0 failed. I managed to get my card to run at 184 GPU offset and this gave me a stable run of Heaven but not ideal for 24/7 gaming.

Good luck and let me know how you get on please :)

P.S. Leave the other settings as they are. Just move the GPU offset slider

Also I just found that once you have a good clock you wish to save the profile too, click ctrl + 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/0 depending what profile number you wish to save it to.

Make sure the lock is unlocked first though and then just lock it again after you have pressed ctrl + 1 for instance.

Also when benching, it is a good idea to put your fan on full (85%).

Hi gregster i put your settings straight into EVGA and card fell overstraight away. Should i slowly reach these numbers.
Thanks for the replies guys

Ive got
PT 132%
GCO 175mhz
MCO 350mhz
ive got a gpu clock of 1287mhz that stayed pretty much like that in heaven.
It fluctuated in bf3 from 1287mhz to 850mhz is this right? some maps it didn't move from the 1287

Nice clocks, the fluctuations may have been Map changing/Dead/nothing happenng I would hazard a guess at.

It will downclock itself if nothing is going on or nothing GPU demanding.

Sorry it was GCO 150mhz m8
I did have it at 175mhz and 400mhz
But heaven crashed as it was going over the boat this happen twice so i reduced.

CGO of 150 stable is a nice clock still. Run that for a couple of days or run heaven bench a few runs (hour on heaven should show any failings) and keep this is your Profile 1 :)

Sorry to hijack your thread, but is there a reason why my power target would only go up to 111%?

What card bud?

They look good to me but very very weird that your power target will only go up to 111% ?

Maybe this is because of the OC already on the card but would like someone else with an OC card to confirm this.
