Hi all,

I've had this problem since day I bought this new, I did some googling and found other people have been experiencing this issue with the EVGA power supplys.

I don't know if it is because my PSU is mounted vetically? I've tried looking inside to see if it is a wire catching but I can't see anything.

Sometimes it goes away after a while, my question is should I RMA this PSU if it is possible or just deal with it?

If your PSU has a temperature controlled fan, then the clicking could be a relay turning the the fan on and off. Even so, it shouldn't be that loud if you can clearly hear it.

Can't access your vid at the moment, youtube is "processing it" so I could be wrong here.

YT seems to be taking forever to process a 20s clip lol, well I did a bit more googling and I reset my CMOS. I haven't heard any clicking so far.

Very strange!

Hello,

in this case it is probably best to do a RMA with the unit. You can do this with the store or directly with EVGA. If you want to deal directly with EVGA you need an account at evga.com and the product need to be registered in this account. When this is done you can contact customer support at [email protected] or (+44) 01788-247-298 to get the RMA Ticket issues, with this you can then request the RMA in your account. If there is any further question about the RMA process just let me know.

Thanks, I've gone ahead and started an advanced RMA.
