has anybody had any experiance with evga's rma. ive been in a month long email convo to find out today ive been refused rma

No experience of it myself but if they've refused an RMA they must have given a reason.

Had a pretty bad experience with their rma service. Hence why i would never touch any of their products again.

a few more details would help

I have seen nothing but excellence from EBGA's RMA. The only horror story i've heard was from Setter - that's probably just really bad luck.

IMO, EVGA have the best CS in the market
