EVGA registration failure?

Hi all,

Just wondering if this happens often, when I tried to register my new EVGA GPU I got the following message.

Serial Number not found : Please contact customer support at [email protected] or call us at +49.89.189.049.11 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET.

Now I am inputting the required number, its the same on box and card. But no joy.

Any ideas?

Best bet is to head over to the EVGA forums mate,they are very quick to help out with any problem.

Not mixed up 1's and l's or 0's and O's or something?

I got the same thing, just email support with a pic of the serial number like i did, they sorted it out for me today, very fast customer service i must say

Mines added now, just upload your invoice once the serial is added.

Yep, same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago when I tried to register my 1060. They had it sorted for me via email in a couple of hours.
