How long does it take to go through?

I emailed Lee Rossiter last night from these forums he has replied last night at around 21:30 (amazing on a sat night).

He's forwarded it onto the relevant people.

How long does it normaly take to go from there?

I am willing to pay for them to send 1 out first.

As I had the card for about 3 hours will they send me a fully new sealed 1?

Any 1 gone through the EVGA process themselves?
 
It seems it a case of certain routes get you better customer service. I have just done a test of the RMA service through a couple of different people, the average time between the first message and information back about your product is 5-6 business days, followed by returning of faulty or used goods in 2 cases. There is also the expense of sending out goods to a non UK facility, which you wont see again.
If you have only had the card for a short time, return to the retailer if you can, save yourself time and money.

I hate UPS.

Not a phone call nothing. Said it was to be delivered today hadn't at 4pm so i thought i'd check the tracking number.

Rang them up she read out the street name which was spot on. Oh. you will get a phone call within the hour to re-arrange the delivery.

WTF re-arrange there wasn't even a first delivery.
