Ok so a while ago I moaned a little about my step up taking ages.
Well I have a patience problem I have none.
Well after I got through the queue it took Evga next to no time processing each step.
Got asked for a updated copy of my invoice supplied it to them, few hours later had a payment request.
Paid that evening next morning got a RMA notice. Finally got round to shipping my GPU to them (work kept me from doing it sooner) the same day they received my parcel I had an email that they were shipping out my upgrade. The speediness of this all was fantastic absolutely could not fault one part of the process after my wait of the queue which Dominique was kind enough to come on here and explain the reason for the wait.
First class service from a fantastic manufacture and has definitely made my mind up what manufacturer will be making the two new cards I will be buying shortly.
