Evga stepup program and 8800

Does anyone know if the step-up program still applies to the 8800GTX as it will be out of date in 3 months or so

And before anyone starts its a valid question as I can get a evga 8800GTX from the States but don't want to miss out on the refresh in Feb. ;) :D

This is all well and good but it only appears that this is open to US customers at the moment. This is being discussed on eVGA forums as we speak. It appears the guys in the US are stepping up, however over in the EU it could be another 2 weeks or so, now i only have 14 days left to step up, so because im in the EU and not US i may miss out. If that's the case, that will suck big time.

I got something like 2 weeks left as well. Got my Quad SLI in late august, but threw away the plastic packing. E-mailed them to find out if I can step up anyway. Hopefuly, hear soon and step up to a SLI 8800 GTX :)
How does it work if it the 8800 is cheaper than my 7950 GX2? :P Do they give me money and the card?

13 days left for me on the step up hope it gets sorted soon! wasted 3 hours last night trying it (first post but been reading the forums for about 5 years) :D

I feel bad for you guys that have only a few days left, :(
Luckily i had 58 days left when i last looked about a week ago, so im happy it looks like it will be possible to step-up, so i don't mind waiting now and have no need to sell one of my cards.

Yup its up and running. Got to pay £136.79 for my upgrade.

Thats not including sending my card to somewhere in Europe (Germany is it?).

Shame some ppl couldn't wait and just went ahead and bought them. :(

On the site last time I looked the 8800 GTX was back order only.

After I sold my GX2 it worked out cheaper doing it that way than faffing with the step up.

Glad to see its now on the list though.

my three months were up on 03rd nov!!! not a happy bunny... bought a 8800GTX anyway now selling evga 7950GX2 still it would have been nice to upgrade!

Depending on what you get for the GX2 it could work out cheaper for you.

I see people in the U.S queue being like #100 odd then getting asked to email the invoice so that queue seems to be moving fast but i've been #5 in europe queue for a couple of days with no email from evga - has anyone from europe been asked to send purchase details yet at all?

Does anyone know what the prices of the GTX's are for upgrading through the step up program, are EVGA's prices similar to prices like OCUK or prices in the USA.
Just used a converter and £400 = $763 USD, £450 = $859 USD and £500 = $954 USD
So if someone who has done the step up could give me an idea of what they paid I would be grateful, thanks. :)
