Evga supernova 1300 G2 failed

I have sent EVGA an email this morning as the PSU only ticks when i put their test connection on the cable.
How long from peoples experiences do they take to process and replace the unit? I had to email them as the SN isnt recognised.
 
Received the replacement PSU yesterday and so basically 2 weeks, which is good.
Would have been much quicker had the replacement been shipped from the UK warehouse but i guess they carry no stock.
 
It's just a handling centre in the UK but at least it's better than having to send a heavy psu to Munich. It's a big step in the right direction.

Definitely, the process was smooth and simple with EVGA.

Hopefully your replacement lasts longer than the original.

I hope so too, but anything electrical can go wrong at any time, just my usual luck with electronics.
