Evga supernova 1300 G2 failed

I have sent EVGA an email this morning as the PSU only ticks when i put their test connection on the cable.
How long from peoples experiences do they take to process and replace the unit? I had to email them as the SN isnt recognised.

No idea sorry.....but I had to RMA my 100W G2 a few weeks back

I think there is an EVGA Vedor Rep on the forums actually

Many thanks for the help, have called them to get the psu registered and they supposed to be doing that as i type, will drop the rep a line and see how long its all likely to take.

....but if you've not had it that long...could you not just RMA it with OcUK ?...be faster I would think .

2 week turnaround on my 850 P2 with flakey 12v.

Brand new (EU) unit received, but faulty one was only 3 months old.

Received the replacement PSU yesterday and so basically 2 weeks, which is good.
Would have been much quicker had the replacement been shipped from the UK warehouse but i guess they carry no stock.

It's just a handling centre in the UK but at least it's better than having to send a heavy psu to Munich. It's a big step in the right direction.

Hopefully your replacement lasts longer than the original.

Definitely, the process was smooth and simple with EVGA.

I hope so too, but anything electrical can go wrong at any time, just my usual luck with electronics.
