EVGA UK RMA centre announced

Nice, so gonna be late night you then. :-)

I'm having a weird one with EVGA.

Called EVGA (01788 247 298), then chose options 1, 2, 1 for the RMA, I wanted to remind them that I sent two cards that are the same model and I'd like to make sure that the replacements are also the same.
Today I called for an update since my RMA status on the web hasn't changed yet, it was the same guy I spoke to yesterday, telling me it's still processing (like yesterday).
I dropped and called back again, same guy picked up.
4th time, still the same guy.
Called again (5th time) but this time chose the option for technical support, guess what, same guy!!!!

Question is does EVGA only have one personnel working at their RMA center in Germany?
I know it's Germany because he asked: "did you ship them to our England branch or did you send it here to Germany".
At this rate I won't get anything back till next week, I mean how long does it take to process whatever it is they're processing.
 
Strange, I found in my case it was very straightforward and efficient but I did keep Dom in the loop who was excellent with getting mine done in a timely manner. Might be be worth speaking to him so he can chase things up for you?
 
I thought it would've been a simple matter as well but I think what interests me more now is that I seem to be getting the same guy all 5 times I've called and he's in Germany.

Hi Gomson, there are more people here in the office,really luck to get always the same guy at the phone. Can you email me the S/N with OCUK in subject matter to [email protected] then I will review your case. Do you remember if you have clicked SLI System during the RMA request? As long as this got clicked you should receive two similar cards in return...

Thanks for the quick reply dominik, I've emailed you the serial numbers and RMA numbers of both cards. Regarding your question, I did click SLI System for both cards.
 
Looks like everyting is ok and the cards got replaced, tracking IDs posted.. With KP cards you do not need to worry, those we try always to replace with a KP model. Hope you will receive the cards soon!
 
Update:
My RMA status finally changed from Pending to Shipped with tracking number provided as well.
Same tracking number for both cards so I'm assuming they're coming in the same box.
The Part Number Out is 03G-P4-3888-KR for both cards so I'm assuming they're both 780ti Classified Kingpins (yay!! if that's correct).

No estimated delivery day yet cause I think they literally just booked the shipping and it hasn't been picked up yet. Also just received an email from EVGA while I'm typing this confirming they're shipping.

So just need to wait for the delivery date and keep my fingers crossed.
I'll keep you posted as always.

Had to use the RMA service for the first time ever and have to say its absolutely superb.

Sent in PSU with noisy fan (to uk centre) received back today brand spanking new retail boxed replacement with all cables\accessories.

Massive thumbs up from me guys.

Expected delivery date is Monday, really looking good forward to it. Been in contact with dominik and he's been very helpful.
I'll keep you guys updated.
 
Just popped in here to say thanks to EVGA for their excellent service, i sent my 780Ti back under warranty last Monday as it was broken, they sent me a 980 SC back from Germany which i have just received. :D
