QUOTED :

" In addition to building graphics cards (and motherboards) around reference designs, EVGA will soon be more or less known for its software. Before you ask, the company is working on a Windows-prone application called Precision which will enable people to easily tweak their graphics card's frequencies, fan speed and maybe more.

Still in rather early development, Precision is slated to be a one-stop app for graphics tuning so it will be interesting to see how it will "unfold." For now, there's no info about a release date. "

No hotlinking

Suppose so but FSB was better on the Striker II Extreme but it was far more buggy lol.

I dont run 4.5GHZ daily to surf etc (plus I have a quiet Noctua Cooler) , normally game at 4GHZ.

BUMP : Update.

" EVGA's Precision utility to be released this week

Set to be paired up with its GeForce graphics cards the Precision overclocking tool developed by EVGA is now expected to be released this week as confirmed in a post in the EVGA Forums.

The first revision of the software will go public in the next few of days and will offer GPU, shader and memory clock tweaking, temperature monitor, fan speed control and more. Wait for it. "

TY :)

Hmm, is there a seperate 64bit version also ?.

Edit NVM, that was Crysis they were talking about in the Q & A's lol.

I cant use the "TEST Button", either down to GPU or Drivers or even Vista64 lol.

Yes, I think they put it up overlayed while gaming, hense the Crysis part about only working in the 32bit .EXE

Read the Q & A's Im sure its there.

TBF, its easier than RT to use for peeps who want basic control.

That Server than runs in Notification Area has same icon as RT Server but it may not be RT's Server (cant tell as I have both installed).

Also cant tell if it runs of non EVGA as I have a EVGA.

And some peeps are never happy, even if free.

I use Rivatuner at the moment and the fact the temp, fan speed is on the same screen as overclocking makes me like it better.

Correct, and far easier for newbies as you said all on 1 screen, you do not need enter menus tabs to get to Fans Speeds or Clock Speed Sliders.

Be nice if you could save 2 or 3 profiles though.

Does it not let your save a profile for the overclocks and fan?

Dont think so but not had a 100% in depth look yet, only seen I cant use the "TEST Button".

Edit:, I dont see any option to Save Clock or Fan Profiles, the Server has Profiles but not for that purpose.
