EvgaNuAudio unstable

Hi all, my EvgaNuAudio sound card is very unstable. I have installed latest software, but, the only option I am offered is for7.1 [speakers] when I want to connect my 'phones. [HiFiMan HE-5LE]. Any ideas?

Hi Maximus Many thanks for your reply. The problem appears to be hardware based, I have tried the card in 3 different new installations on 3 different systems using the same ISO file and obviously 3 different activation codes. I have lost the original receipt
and have decided to cut my losses, and donate the card to my local borough council via their refuse collection service.
