I say gaming, I bought it as my main photography workstation (hence the 16GB RAM), but decided if I'm buying a new rig then why skimp on the GPU?

Only component I'm not 100% on was the Gskill memory.. I'd have preferred the Corsair stuff, but the heatsink is ugly as sin! :p

Looks awesome . . . This is pretty much the same rig I want to build, with a few changes. Will be interesting to see pictures. :)

Out of interest, how are you setting up the fans? will you be using the fan controller that comes with the case?

i may not have the most valid oppinion as i havent every tried or used a pc with watercooling... but water cooling seems to be a lot of fuss? and REALLY expensive! and im not to sure on how it all works and i'd be scard i'd do something wrong and it'd lead all over the pc ;) how mucb diffference does it make, temperature wise? and ive heard the H70's and H50's are only a few C lower than air? if its true could you not put a bigger radiator on it?? or faster fans?

I'm interested in this also because i'm planning on using a self contained water cooling system on my new build (Antec Kuhler) and you say those kinda things are only a few C lower than air, so makes me wonder if its worth the cash?

well,

after a little vit of research i found this:

http://forums.bit-tech.net/showthread.php?t=94601

and i also found a youtube video of them being compared, and the video and thread returned the same results, that there is only about 5C deference at idle and 10C at load, but the video didnt compare Graphics card temps on air, however the threads results for air cooled graphics cards at idle and load are a lot different, i think i was like 25C higher than air at load?

so ive drawn mysel to a conclusion; if you have the money and are a serious overclcker got watercooling, but you'd also have to watercool the graphics card if you dont mind voiding the warrenty, otherwise you may have well brought an a70...

but if you dot mind the noise, and lower overclocks then go for aircooling, less chance of it destroying your system if it goes wrong, amd it's cheaper to buy and replace parts, but if you really care that much about a few 5C then get an a70 or something to get a little beter overclock and performance, but im guessing it'll be small,

anyone see a flaw to my conclusion?

ohh and i know what you guys are like, so no sarcastic remarks please! ;)

cheers
