Evoluent Vertical Mouse 3

Anyone have any thoughts on the Evoluent Vertical Mouse 3 good? did you notice an improvment with your wriste and fingers using it over a standard mouse?
I'm thinking of getting one since i have a bit of discomfortin my fingers and arm.

Some people have gove them in our office.

Bloomin horrible, uncomfortable things if you ask me. But each to their own.
