EX-UD5 or P6T Deluxe??

I really want the best performing board for overclocking my 920 and gaming, i have changed my mind and only want 280 SLI and i have a XFI Fatality also.

Which would be the best bet ?

Also what 6GB memory kit would you guys decide on.... Corsair XMS3 ? OCZ? or Gskill

I've just bought a UD5. I was tempted by the Asus, but started hearing about problems such as not being able to turn off the overvoltage control and various other glitches. That's what swayed me.
