The FSB of the CPU? Because i upped it from 266 to 300 and my system wouldn't boot. Had to reset the CMOS battery so now i'm very cautious and waiting for clear advice!
 
You need to make sure it has enough power by changing the vcore to increase the volts. do it in smaller steps to make sure its easier and stable.
