Excahnge 2010 KB file, need a technet account?

Hi, I'm after some lovely person to help me, i need KB2449266 also called UIKB2449266 for RU2, but no one i speak to at Microsoft are willing to give me a straight answer....

I've phoned about 5 different departments and thye all say i have to ring another department...

I managed to speak to Technet and thye said oh we can help but you need a subscription for an update to fix a exchange problem....

This is driving me mad, if theres anyone out there in cyber land who can help me aquire said update and happens to have a technet sub they could use, i would be extreemly grateful

Its meant to fix the email delay issues i've been having between exchange 2010 and both entourage 2008 and outlook 2011. The PC's get the emails instantly, mac mail gets the emails instantly the phones get the emails instantly, the above software waits 40 mins then might get a couple of them ..... not really helpful

All the info i have was from the technet forum where people are saying they have the Interim Update and give the KB above as refrence, supposedly its not avaliable on the technet website, but you have to call them to obtain the file..... its all very frustrating as i just want this problem fixed
