I'm trying to filter a data set that I'm importing from an excel file, into a new excel workbook.
In Excel 2007 I can tick multiple items (names in the picture above) to decide which data is included in the list - but in 2003 I only have the option to pick a maximum of 2 from each list (there is no tick box and the rule sets appear to only allow sorting)
The data I am importing has about 20 'names' in the list and I only want to select 5 of them - is there any way top do this in 2003 (the equivalent of ticking the boxes next to the 5 names as I would do in 2007)?
Confused description, but I would appreciate it if anyone could shed some light - really causing me some frustration!
