Hi guys,
just a quick one as it's been awhile since I've used IF statements and conditional formatting...
basically I want to use the key as pictured here to highlight and fill the F column accordingly based upon the key's fields.

I want the colours to be filled as per the key also.

Cheers!

Highlight column F

Home Tab --> Styles Group --> Conditional Formatting --> Highlight Cells Rules --> Equal To...

Click the select cell button at the end of the first field --> Click on your first key word (in this case cell H2) --> Click the return to dialog box button at the end of the text field.

In the 'with' box drop down the list and choose 'custom format'

Go to the 'Fill' tab --> Select the background colour to match your key --> OK

OK the Conditional Formatting box.

Repeat for the rest of your key words and colours.
